Dr. Mandar R Gadgil is a practicing advance Laparoscopic Surgeon, Surgical Gastroenterologist and Abdominal wall reconstruction expert with an experience of 15 years. He has completed DNB (General Surgery) from Rajiv Gandhi Medical College, Kalwa in 2005, Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery from Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai in 2006 and Fellowship in Gastroenterology from Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai in 2006.
He is a ex hon. secretary and an active executive committee member of Surgical Society, Thane and has an illustrious career in the said society so far being instrumental in organizing 2 large scale conferences and dozens of workshops and academic events.

Dr Mandar R Gadgil is a teaching faculty at the Centre of Minimal Access Surgery Training (CeMAST) and Ethicon Institute of Surgical Education in Mumbai wherein budding surgeons are trained for their skills in basic and advance surgery, especially Laparoscopy.
Dr. Mandar R Gadgil is an experienced, skilled and awarded doctor in his field of specialization. He specializes in advance laparoscopic surgeries, with special interest and expertise in Laparoscopic Hernia Surgery and AWR apart from routine basic procedures like laparoscopic appendectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy for Gallstones.
He has worked at Centre for Obesity & Diabetes Support from 2008 to 2010.
He is honorary laparoscopic surgeon at Rajiv Gandhi Medical College & Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Hospital since 2015
He is honorary surgeon at the Thane Police Commissionerate since 2014.
He has demonstrated live surgeries in various district and state level workshops and has been a faculty and key opinion leader for state and national level meets.
