I am very much happy and satisfied with Dr Gadgil . It occurs to me that he is well experienced. performs operation with sense of ownership and responsibility. He not only takes care of his patients but is willing to go extra miles to help the customer to get the right type of hospital and bed within his budget. Dr. Mandar made a split second decision to go ahead with my surgery the very next morning. I was admitted at 7am, surgery was done around noon, I was home the same evening at 7.30. It was just a matter of 12 hrs I was discharged and resumed office in a day's time.
The entire experience in OT was not frightening at all as the doctor and his team ensured that i was at ease by talking to me at length, explaining the procedure with reason and logic. However, what amazed me the most was that Dr Mandar made the scar look almost invisible retaining the natural look of the skin.
Highly recommend Dr Mandar as he is a genius who is adept at his job with incredible confidence and impeccable credentials.

Recently I had undergone Laparoscopic Hernia Repair surgery by Dr. Mandar Gadgil, and it was really a pleasant experience as a patient. We approached Dr. Mandar Gadgil when my mother(70) was advised to undergo 'gallbladder removal' or laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The health issue was chronic and surgery was bit on the riskier side given her age, history of diabetes and Covid-19 pandemic. Dr. Gadgil briefed us really well, explaining details of the operation procedure, issues involved and possibilities of post-operative complications. Thorough discussions with him helped us take a timely decision and go ahead with the surgery, which was a success. I am 62. In November 2017, I had a severe stomach pain and the Gallstone of 14 mm size was detected. My family doctor prescribed some medicines and suggested me to have an expert medical advice from a specialist. He suggested the only and one, Dr. Mandar Gadgil. I was very definite on having the Homeopathy treatment and found many more treatments on NET for dissolving Gall stone. But pains made me to think of visiting the specialist, Dr Mandar Gadgil.
Before taking an appointment, I was suspicious about Dr Mandar Gadgil’s experience. I wanted to have a treatment from a senior doctor. But to my surprise, when inquired, I found that, he has a good name and fame in his profession. My senior friends advised me that we should respect the skills of the youngsters.
When I personally met him for the first time, I liked his approach to understand the patient’s complaints and views. He listened to me without any disturbances. Then he explained me my Health issue diagrammatically and functionally. But his words were very friendly. The explanation was so impressive that I began to fear if I am agreeing with all his words. When could not argue, I took a stand that I have some commitments and I need at least 15 days’ time for decision. He quietly gave me a five-day course and wished me a Good health.
I even didn’t think of a second visit. But…On 27th Feb, the stone changed the position and the health issue became very critical. I was unable to decide whether I should stand, sit or sleep. That day I visited his clinic as if I am visiting a temple. First of all, he made me felt that my life is in safe hands, then made the hospitalization arrangements with my permission.
The operation was successful, and he thanked me for the cooperation. It was a laparoscopy with four incisions. His words during his routine visits were so encouraging that I regain my confidence within two days. On the third day I got the discharge and within two weeks I could drive a motor car.
I am lucky to have satisfactory treatment and… and the fees were reasonable. Dr Mandar Gadgil is busy for 12 to 14 hours a day, with offering his professional but friendly services to the needy patients. I wish him “ALL THE BEST”.

I was diagnosed with appendicitis. I had to rush to the hospital as the pain was unbearable. Doctor Gadgil's promptness in taking decisions proved to be a relief. Without wasting time, he asked us to get it operated next day morning itself. Post-surgery, I was discharged within three days, with no issues or problems.

Very friendly and comforting. Does not give unnecessary alarming picture. Explains mode of treatment properly. Best part about this doc is he does not load you with medication and more importantly has an open mind regarding alternative methods of treatment i.e. Ayurvedic or nature cure or "grandmother's remedies". This doctor rocks!!

I am extremely satisfied as the Dr helped me understand the problem well and briefed me about the entire procedure. I was offered the choice of hospital and time as well as the date for the surgery despite his busy schedule. The procedure was completed in the expected time and I was back to office on 3rd day. Most importantly I did not require to take a pain killer post-surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Gadgil for Laparoscopic surgery.

I visited for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, Laparoscopic Hernial Repair, Gall Bladder (Biliary) Stone Treatment. Dr Mandar is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and his suede demeanor calms the patient and removes all apprehension in a flash with his assuring words and human nature.
I underwent two surgeries viz laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the same sitting. Being 74, with long standing diabetes, hypertension and COPD, I was apprehensive about the procedure.
But Dr Mandar and his befitting confidence made me believe I can undergo both procedures at one go. He has a great team which made my surgical experience so welcoming. The surgery was painless as promised and I was kept fasting for the minimal amount of time. I was allowed to go home the next morning and I resumed my work in the 4th day including walks.
Dr Mandar brings with him cutting edge technology benefits being passed on to us patients that make our surgical experience soothing and anxiety free.
